7 Days Easy Return & Refund/Replacement Policy is available in our store (KwickCART).
Please read carefully to know more as mentioned below:
- a. Please make product unboxing video on your mobile and WhatsApp us to claim our Return & Refund/Replacement Policy if you got any Damage/Wrong product from us.
b. Returns/Replacements are accepted only in case of
• Defects
• Quality or Size related issue in Fashion Products
• Damages during delivery
• Missing products or
• Wrong products delivered
c. Returns/Replacements are accepted for unused products only.
d. Kindly ensure the product is in its original condition with tags attached.
e. The maximum product quantity allowed for returns or replacement is the quantity invoiced.
f. Personalised product is non-returnable item. However, Full Refund & Return or FREE one time replacement which is applicable will be provided by us if the product is delivered in defective/damaged condition or different from the ordered item. Please keep the product intact included documents at the time of returning the product.
